Bite Finance to redeem all senior secured notes due 2018 on March 1

New York, Feb. 16 – Bite Finance International BV said it will redeem all €172,343,000 of its senior secured notes due 2018 on March 1.

Holders will receive par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date, according to a notice.

Bite Finance is a special-purpose vehicle for UAB Bite Lietuva, a Vilnius, Lithuania provider of mobile telecommunication and mobile internet services to residential and business customers in Lithuania and Latvia.
