BNG Bank calls $30 million 0% notes due 2044

Lexington, Ky., March 15 – BNG Bank NV plans to fully redeem its $30 million of 0% notes due 2044, series No. 1156 (ISIN: XS1046319593) on the optional redemption date of March 25, according to a notice.

The notes were issued under the bank’s €90 billion debt issuance program.

Deutsche Bank AG London is the issuing and paying agent, and Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA is the listing agent, paying agent and transfer agent.

The banking services company is based in The Hague.
