Student Finance to redeem £215 million 2.6663% notes due 2029

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 23 – Student Finance plc will redeem early its £215 million 2.6663% notes due 2029 (ISIN: XS1527548686) on June 15, according to a notice.

The mandatory redemption was triggered by the borrower’s notice to Student Finance that it will prepay the entire initial loan on the interest payment date of June 15.

The redemption price will equal the amount of the prepayment multiplied by the applicable redemption percentage plus accrued interest.

Student Finance is a financial services company based in London.
