Gran Colombia Gold to redeem 30% of 8¼% gold-linked notes due 2024

Columbus, Ohio, March 26 – Gran Colombia Gold Corp. is planning to redeem 30% of its 8¼% gold-linked notes due 2024 on March 31, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed at $0.30 plus an applicable premium of $0.03095042 per $1.00 principal amount

There is a total of $63,875,000 principal amount of the notes issued and outstanding. After this redemption, the principal amount of the outstanding notes will be reduced to $44,712,500.

Gran Colombia Gold is a Toronto-based gold and silver exploration, development and production company with its primary focus in Colombia.
