Medley Capital to fully redeem its 6.5% $25-par notes due 2021

New York, Oct. 21 – Medley Capital Corp. plans to redeem in full its 6.5% senior notes due 2021 (Cusip: 58503F403) on Nov. 20, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Medley will redeem $74,012,825 of the notes at a price equal to $25 per note, plus interest from Oct. 31 through the redemption date. The aggregate accrued interest on the notes payable on the redemption date is $267,268.53.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Medley Capital is a New York-based business development company.
