Mondelez to fully redeem 3.625% notes due 2023 at 107.675

New York, Dec. 2 – Mondelez International, Inc. plans to fully redeem its $391,078,000 of outstanding 3.625% notes due 2023 (Cusip: 609207AQ8) on Dec. 4 at a price of $1,076.75 per $1,000 of notes, according to a news release.

Noteholders will also receive $2.71875 of interest per $1,000 of notes for a total redemption price of $1,079.47 per $1,000 of notes.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.

Mondelez is a snack company based in Deerfield, Ill.
