Plains All American may redeem 5% notes due February 2021 early

Chicago, June 8 – Plains All American Pipeline, LP may use the proceeds from a new offering for the early redemption of its $600 million 5% senior notes due February 2021, according to a press release.

Proceeds from the new offering may also include, among other things, debt repayment, acquisitions, capital expenditures and additions to working capital.

Plains All American is a Houston-based midstream oil and gas company.
