World Bank to redeem early $100 million of 2022 notes, $50 million of 2046 notes

New York, April 3 – International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, or World Bank, said it will redeem early two series of notes including $100 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Oct. 19, 2022 (ISIN: XS1504237162) and $50 million callable zero-coupon notes due April 20, 2046 (ISIN: XS1395490664).

All of the 2022 notes will be redeemed at 100% of par on April 19 by means of an early redemption feature of the notes dating from Oct. 14, 2016.

All of the 2046 notes will be redeemed at 114.7523% of par on April 20 pursuant to the note’s terms outlined on April 15, 2016.
