TalkTalk Telecom to redeem £400 million notes due 2022 via new notes

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 10 – TalkTalk Telecom Group plc intends to redeem its £400 million senior notes due 2022 using proceeds from a new offering, according to a press release.

The company announced Monday that it plans to price £500 million of senior notes due 2025.

Proceeds will also be used to repay amounts drawn under the company’s revolving credit facility.

The company is a London-based provider of pay television, telecommunications, internet and mobile network services.
