ChampionX gives early results, extends early premium for 2026 notes

Detroit, Dec. 14 – ChampionX has announced results for its cash tender offer for up to $100 million of its $300 million of outstanding 6 3/8% senior notes due 2026 (Cusip: 03755LAC8) and extended the deadline for holders to receive the early payment premium, according to a news release.

The company plans to accept all $22,953,000 of the notes tendered by the early deadline, 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 11. The tendered amount represents 7.65% of the amount outstanding at the beginning of the offer.

ChampionX has also announced that it plans to offer the $30 early tender premium to all holders who validly tender their notes through the final expiration of the offer at 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 28.

As previously reported, the company originally offered a total consideration of $1,010 per $1,000 principal amount, which includes the early tender premium.

Early settlement is expected to occur on Dec. 15 and final settlement on Dec. 30.
