Avantor to redeem 6%, 4¾% first-lien notes due 2024 via new notes

New York, Oct. 28 – Avantor, Inc. plans to redeem all of its 6% senior first-lien notes due 2024 and 4¾% senior first-lien notes due 2024, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed using proceeds from the private offering of euro-denominated senior first-lien notes, along with proceeds from an incremental term loan financing, borrowings under its existing A/R facility and cash on hand.

The proceeds will also pay all related fees and expenses.

Avantor is a Radnor, Pa.-based provider of mission-critical products to the biopharma, health care, education, government and advanced technologies and applied materials industries.
