TalkTalk Telecom to redeem £400 million notes due 2022 on Feb. 21

Los Angeles, Feb. 20 – TalkTalk Telecom Group plc confirmed that it will redeem its £400 million senior notes due 2022 in full on Feb. 21.
The redemption was subject to a financing condition, which has now been met.
The company announced on Thursday that it closed its offering of £575 million of 3 7/8% senior notes due 2025.
Proceeds from the new notes will also be used to repay amounts drawn under the company’s revolving credit facility.
The company is a London-based provider of pay television, telecommunications, internet and mobile network services.
