National Asset to call Ballsbridge’s €768 million perpetuals

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 5 – Ballsbridge Repackaging DAC received notice that National Asset Management DAC it intends to call all of its outstanding €768 million secured perpetual notes (ISIN: XS1181280790) for redemption on the first call date, which is March 1.

The notes will be redeemed at the scheduled redemption amount plus any accrued interest, if any, according to the notice.

Based in Dublin, National Asset Management focuses on assets transferred from banks.
