Hong Kong’s AMTD redeems all $200 million of perpetual securities

Olympia, Wash., June 16 – AMTD Group Co. Ltd. said it redeemed all $200 million of its senior perpetual securities issued on June 15, 2017, according to a notice.

The securities were redeemed in whole on June 15, the first reset date, at par of $1,000 plus accrued distributions of $38.125 per security.

The notes had been issued under the company’s $1 billion medium-term note program.

The financial institution is based in Hong Kong.
