Jamestown CLO VIII to redeem nine classes of secured notes Feb. 3

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 22 – Jamestown CLO VIII Ltd./Jamestown CLO VIII Corp. received direction from holders of its subordinated notes to redeem its secured notes using refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed on Feb. 3 at par plus accrued interest:

• $315.8 million of class A-1A-R notes (Cusip: 47048CAK4/G82305AG1);

• $7.5 million of class A-1B notes (Cusip: 47048CAJ7/G82305AF3);

• $30.2 million of class A-2A-R notes (Cusip: 47048CAP3/G82305AJ5);

• $30 million of class A-2B-R notes (Cusip: 47048CAR9/G82305AK2);

• $29 million of class B notes (Cusip: 47048CAE8/G82305AC0);

• $31.25 million of class C notes (Cusip: 47048CAG3/G82305AD8);

• $10 million of class D-1 notes (Cusip: 47048DAA4/G82304AA7);

• $10.5 million of class D-2 notes (Cusip: 47048DAB2/G82304AD1); and

• $5 million of class E notes (Cusip: 47048DAC0/ G82304AB5).

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed.
