JFIN CLO 2013 redeems four classes of senior secured notes due 2025

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 22 – JFIN CLO 2013 Ltd./JFIN CLO 2013 LLC said four classes of its notes have been redeemed and will be delisted.

The notes include the $259 million of class A-1 senior secured floating-rate notes due 2025, $58 million of class A-2 senior secured floating-rate notes due 2025, $36 million of class B senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2025 and $26.5 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2025.
