BlueMountain Fuji US CLO I to redeem five note classes on March 13

Olympia, Wash., March 2 – BlueMountain Fuji US CLO I Ltd./BlueMountain Fuji US CLO I LLC plans to redeem five classes of notes on March 13, according to a notice.

The class A-1 notes (Cusips: 09629CAA3, G2001JAA4, 09629CAB1), class A-2 notes (Cusips: 09629CAC9, G2001JAB2, 09629CAD7), class B notes (Cusips: 09629CAE5, G2001JAC0, 09629CAF2), class C notes (Cusips: 09629CAG0, G2001JAD8, 09629CAH8) and class D notes (Cusips: 09629CAJ4, G2001JAE6, 09629CAK1) will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The class E notes (Cusips: 09629DAA1, G2002FAA1, 09629DAB9) and subordinated notes (Cusips: 09629DAC7, G2002FAB9, 09629DAD5) will remain outstanding.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.

New York-based BlueMountain Fuji Management, LLC is the portfolio manager.
