Madison Park Funding XXV manager, holders consider note refinancing

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 26 – Madison Park Funding XXV Ltd./Madison Park Funding XXV LLC said its portfolio manager and some holders of its subordinated notes are exploring a potential refinancing of one or more classes of its secured notes.

Holders of the class A-1 notes (Cusips: 55820RAA0, G5754GAA2), class A-2 notes (Cusips: 55820RAC6, G5754GAB0), class B notes (Cusips: 55820RAE2, G5754GAC8), class C notes (Cusips: 55820RAG7, G5754GAD6), class D notes (Cusips: 55820MAA1, G5754JAA6), class E notes (Cusips: 55820MAC7, G5754JAB4) and class F notes (Cusips: 55820MAE3, G5754JAC2) and the subordinated notes (Cusips: 55820MAG8, G5754JAD0) and combination securities (Cusips: 55820RAA0, G5754GAA2) were notified.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

New York-based Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC is the portfolio manager.
