Cathedral Lake II manager, holders eye redemption of secured notes

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 25 – Cathedral Lake II, Ltd./Cathedral Lake II, LLC said its collateral manager and holders of a majority of its subordinated notes have entered into discussions relating to a potential redemption of one or more classes of its secured notes from refinancing proceeds.

The redemption would take place in April, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A-1-R notes (Cusips: 14918MAL7, G1967XAF6), class B-R notes (Cusips: 14918MAQ6, G1967XAH2), class C-R notes (Cusips: 14918MAS2, G1967XAJ8), class D-R notes (Cusips: 14918MAU7, G1967XAK5), class E-1-R notes (Cusips: 14918LAG0, G1967EAD3) and class E-2-R notes (Cusips: 14918LAJ4, G1967EAE1) and the subordinated notes were notified.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
