ArcelorMittal calls all 5.5% notes for Dec. 27 redemption

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 27 – ArcelorMittal called all of its 5.5% notes due March 1, 2021 for redemption on Dec. 27, according to a press release.

Following prior tender offers, there is currently $756,095,000 of the original $1.5 billion of notes outstanding.

The notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to par plus a make-whole premium calculated using a discount rate of Treasuries plus 35 basis points plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
