Regency Centers to redeem $250 million 4.8% notes due 2021 on March 30

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 26 – Regency Centers Corp. will redeem its $250 million outstanding 4.8% senior notes due April 15, 2021 on March 30, according to a press release.

The redemption price is expected to be about $265.2 million, including accrued interest through the redemption date and a make-whole amount.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Regency is a Jacksonville, Fla., real estate investment trust that owns retail shopping centers.
