Crayon Group calls senior secured bonds due 2020 at par

Los Angeles, Nov. 8 – Crayon Group plans to redeem its senior secured bonds, issue 2017/2020, in full at par plus accrued interest, according to a notice.

Settlement will be on Nov. 22.

Nordic Trustee AS is the bond trustee.

Crayon Group is an Oslo-based cloud software management and consulting company.
