Banco de Credito del Peru plans to redeem 9¾% notes due 2069

Chicago, Sept. 16 – Banco de Credito del Peru has issued a notice of redemption for all of its $250 million 9¾% non-cumulative fixed-to-floating rate step-up junior subordinated notes due 2069, according to a notice.

The redemption price plus accrued interest will be made in accordance with the indenture.

Bank of New York Mellon is acting as trustee, paying agent, registrar, calculation agent and transfer agent for the redemption.

The bank is based in Lima, Peru.
