Bonitron says Eurotorg buys back $9.17 million of 8¾% LPNs due 2022

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 4 – Bonitron DAC said that Eurotorg LLC as borrower purchased $9,167,000 of the $350 million 8¾% loan participation notes due 2022 issued by Bonitron.

The LPNs were purchased on Sept. 3.

Following the purchase, $340,361,000 of the LPNs remain outstanding.

Since July 10, Eurotorg has purchased a total of $14,167,000 of the LPNs.

Bonitron is a Dublin-based special purpose entity. It issued the notes on behalf of Eurotorg, a supermarket operator based in Minsk, Belarus.
