HPS Loan Management 10-2016 directed to redeem rated notes by Dec. 31

Olympia, Wash., June 14 – HPS Loan Management 10-2016, Ltd./HPS Loan Management 10-2016 LLC received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to redeem one or more classes of its rated notes any day from July 12 to Dec. 31.

Holders of the class A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, C and D notes and the subordinated notes were notified.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
