Carlyle Global 2016-2 withdraws class A-2, E notes from refinancing

Olympia, Wash., May 17 – Carlyle Global Market Strategies Euro CLO 2016-2 DAC said it withdrew its class A-2 and class E notes from the proposed redemption of its rated notes to be effected in part through a refinancing, according to a notice.

The following notes will still be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest on June 6:

• €232 million of class A-1 senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €24 million of class B senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €19 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes; and

• €25 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes.
