Adagio III CLO to redeem numerous classes of notes on March 15

Chicago, Feb. 22 – Adagio III CLO plc was directed by more than 66 2/3% its of subordinated noteholders to redeem numerous notes on March 15.

The notice was sent to holders of the following notes:

• €153 million class A1A senior floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €38.3 million class A1B senior floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €20 million class A2 senior secured zero-coupon accreting notes due 2022;

• €150 million class A3 senior floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €25.8 million class B senior floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €31.5 million class C senior subordinated deferrable floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €28.5 million class D senior subordinated deferrable floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €17.5 million class E senior subordinated deferrable floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €50,392,000 subordinated notes due 2022;

• $5 million class T combination notes due 2022;

• €5 million class U combination notes due 2022;

• €20 million class V combination notes due 2022;

• €6 million class W combination notes due 2022;

• €9.25 million class X combination notes due 2022;

• €10 million class Y combination notes due 2022; and

• €10 million class Z combination notes due 2022.
