Thomson Reuters to redeem C$550 million, $138.89 million notes

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 20 – Thomson Reuters Corp. announced it plans to redeem its outstanding C$550 million of 3.309% notes due Nov. 12, 2021 and $138,894,000 of 3.95% notes due Sept. 30, 2021.

Based on a redemption date of Jan. 15, the Canadian dollar-denominated notes are expected to be redeemed at C$1,030.76 per C$1,000 principal amount, based on the Canada yield price of C$1,024.96 and accrued interest of C$5.80.

The total redemption price for the U.S. dollar-denominated notes will be determined at a later date, the company said in a news release.
