Italy’s Prima to redeem all €40 million of 5.875% notes due 2022

Minneapolis, Feb. 22 – Prima Industrie SpA exercised the call option on all €40 million of its 5.875% notes due Feb. 6, 2022, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 102.9375 plus accrued interest on March 28.

Prima Industrie is a Collegno, Italy-based company that develops, manufactures and markets laser systems.
