Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO calls several classes of notes

Chicago, Nov. 26 – Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2012-3, Ltd. as issuer and Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2012-3, LLC as co-issuer issued a call to redeem their class A-1-R and A-2-R senior secured floating-rate notes due 2028 and its B-R, C-R and D-R senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2028.

The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 14 at par plus accrued interest, according to a notice. The record date is Dec. 13 for the global notes and Nov. 29 for the certificated notes.

The co-issuers were directed by holders representing at least 70% of the aggregate outstanding amount of subordinated notes to redeem all of the class A-1-R rotes, class A-2-R notes, class B-R notes, class C-R notes and class D-R notes, the release said.

State Street Bank and Trust Co. is the trustee.
