Blackrock European CLO II plans to redeem rated notes via refinancing

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 16 – Blackrock European CLO II DAC intends to redeem by way of refinancing one or more classes of its rated notes due 2030, according to a notice.

The following notes are affected:

• €244 million of class A senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €48 million of class B senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €23 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €20 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €25 million of class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €12 million of class F senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes; and

• €43.8 million of subordinated notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Blackrock Investment Management (UK) Ltd. is the collateral manager.
