Elm Park CLO refinances six classes of secured floating-rate notes

Olympia, Wash., April 18 – Elm Park CLO DAC refinanced six classes of its rated notes on April 16, according to a notice.

The following were redeemed:

• €324.5 million class A-1 senior secured floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €60.5 million class A-2 senior secured floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €42.5 million class B senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €26.25 million class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €33.5 million class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029; and

• €14 million class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029.

Citibank, NA London Branch is the trustee.

Dublin-based Blackstone/GSO Debt Funds Management Europe Ltd. is the collateral manager.
