Trinitas CLO I directed to redeem senior and subordinated notes

Olympia, Wash., April 13 – Trinitas CLO I, Ltd./Trinitas CLO I LLC received direction from holders of its subordinated notes to redeem its senior and subordinated notes.

The notes will be redeemed on any business day between April 15 and Dec. 31, according to a notice.

Holders of the A-1R, A-2R, B-1R, B-2R, C-R, D and E notes, as well as the subordinated notes, were notified.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
