Emerson Park CLO holders consider redemption of 10 classes of notes

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 26 – Emerson Park CLO, Ltd./Emerson Park CLO, Corp. said holders of a majority of its subordinated notes are considering a full redemption of 10 classes of notes, according to a notice.

If directed, the class A-1a-R, A-1b-R, A-2, B-1-R, B-2-R, C-1-R, C-2-R, D-R, E and F notes would be redeemed on or after April 16.

The notes would be redeemed using sale proceeds and/or other available funds.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
