NXT Capital CLO 2015-1 directed to redeem five classes of notes

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 9 – NXT Capital CLO 2015-1, LLC said the holders of a majority of its interests directed a redemption of five classes of notes.

According to a filing with the London Stock Exchange, the notes will be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 22 for the following redemption prices:

• $170,876,422.40 for the class A-1 notes;

• $50,437,621.53 for the class A-2 notes;

• $33,326,367.71 for the class B notes;

• $39,494,148.96 for the class C notes; and

• $29,911,064.06 for the class D notes.
