Manutencoop calls 8½% senior secured notes due 2020

New York, Oct. 13 – Manutencoop Facility Management SpA will redeem its €300 million of 8½% senior secured notes due 2020 on Nov. 12, according to a notice from the issuer.

Since Nov. 12 is a Sunday, the redemption price will be paid on the next business day, Nov. 13.

Holders will receive 102.125% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Manutencoop is a Bologna, Italy-based facilities management company.
