Intralot to redeem 6% senior notes due 2021 on Oct. 11

New York, Sept. 11 – Intralot SA said that it will redeem its 6% senior notes due 2021 issued by Intralot Capital Luxembourg SA on Oct. 11.

The company will pay 103% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Funding for the redemption will come from a €450 million offering of new senior notes due 2024 that was announced on Monday morning.

Intralot is an Athens-based provider of technology and electronic systems to the gaming industry.
