Bank of Ayudhya calls all 14.84 billion baht bonds due 2022

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 6 – Thailand’s Bank of Ayudhya PCL said it will redeem all 14,843,600,000 baht of its subordinated debentures due 2022 on Nov. 7.
The interest payment for the last period on the debentures will include interest accrued at 4.7% per year from Aug. 7 to Nov. 6.
The registered closing date for the last interest payment and principal repayment on the debentures will be Oct. 24.
The Bangkok-based bank said the debentures will be delisted from Bond Electronic Exchange of the Stock Exchange of Thailand beginning Nov. 7.
