Banco ABC Brasil buys back $2.2 million of notes due 2020

Chicago, June 30 – Banco ABC Brasil SA said it repurchased $2.2 million of its $140,527,000 of outstanding 7 7/8% notes due 2020.

The repurchased notes have been canceled.

The bank said on March 17 that it took in tenders of $201,361,000, or 58.46%, of its $344,418,000 of outstanding 7 7/8% subordinated notes due 2020 in its cash offer.

Banco ABC is a bank based in Sao Paulo.
