Allegro CLO III manager, noteholders discuss potential refinancing

Minneapolis, Dec. 4 – Allegro CLO III, Ltd. said its collateral manager and certain holders or beneficial owners of subordinated notes entered into discussions regarding the potential refinancing of its secured notes, according to a notice.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
