Garda CLO to redeem several classes of notes due 2022 on Jan. 15

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 4 – Garda CLO BV said the holders of a majority of its subordinated notes have requested that several classes of notes due 2022 be redeemed in whole, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The following notes will be redeemed on Jan. 15:

• €254 million class A senior floating-rate notes;

• €22 million class B senior floating-rate notes;

• €2 million class C deferrable interest floating-rate notes;

• €14 million class D deferrable interest floating-rate notes;

• €13 million class E deferrable interest floating-rate notes;

• €6 million class F deferrable interest floating-rate notes;

• €28 million class G subordinated notes;

• €6 million class P combination notes; and

• €4 million class S combination notes.
