Ivy Hill Middle Market Credit Fund IX directed to redeem rated notes

Minneapolis, Nov. 3 – Ivy Hill Middle Market Credit Fund IX, Ltd./Ivy Hill Middle Market Credit Fund IX, LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem one or more classes of rated notes via a refinancing, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The class A, B-1, B-2, C, D and/or E notes will be redeemed in whole on Dec. 7.

New York City-based Ivy Hill Asset Management, LP is the asset manager.
