Saranac CLO II income noteholders mull redemption of secured notes

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 5 – Saranac CLO II Ltd. has been informed by its collateral manager that holders of a majority of its income notes are exploring the possible redemption of all classes of its secured due 2025, according to a notice.

The secured notes included the following:

• $140.5 million class A-1A floating-rate notes;

• $45 million class A-1F fixed-rate notes;

• $30.5 million class A-2 floating-rate notes;

• $34.5 million class B floating-rate notes;

• $20 million class C deferrable floating-rate notes;

• $21 million class D deferrable floating-rate notes;

• $23 million class E deferrable floating-rate notes; and

• $2 million class F floating-rate notes.
