Tralee CLO III to redeem all classes of its secured notes on Oct. 3

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 29 – Holders of a majority Tralee CLO III, Ltd.’s subordinated have directed the issuer to redeem of all of its secured notes due 2026, according to a notice from trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA.

The following notes will be redeemed on Oct. 3 with the redemption prices listed reflecting accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $150 million of class A-1-R senior secured floating-rate notes for $150,861,543.75;

• $128 million of class A-2 senior secured floating-rate notes for $128,708,517.33;

• $64 million of class B-R senior secured floating-rate notes for $64,440,925.33;

• $29 million of class C-R secured deferrable floating-rate notes for $29,254,169.29;

• $10 million of class D-1 secured deferrable floating-rate notes for $10,105,352.92;

• $14 million of class D-2-R secured deferrable floating-rate notes for $14,176,660.75; and

• $19.75 million of class E secured deferrable floating-rate notes for $20,091,795.97.

Tralee CLO III, LLC is a co-issuer.
