Golub Capital Partners CLO 18(M) might redeem rated notes due 2026

Minneapolis, Sept. 18 – Golub Capital Partners CLO 18(M), Ltd./Golub Capital Partners CLO 18(M), LLC said all of its noteholders or beneficial owners of notes entered into discussions related to a potential redemption of all classes of notes due 2026, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following are affected:

• $193.5 million of class A-1 senior secured floating-rate notes;

• $40 million of class A-2 senior secured floating-rate notes;

• $39.25 million of class B senior secured floating-rate notes;

• $36 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes; and

• $26 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes.

If directed, the notes would be redeemed using refinancing proceeds.
