Tralee CLO III subordinated holders discuss redeeming secured notes

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 29 – Tralee CLO III, Ltd. has been informed by the collateral manager that holders of a majority of its subordinated notes are exploring the possible redemption of all of its secured notes due 2026, according to a notice.

The secured notes include

• $150 million of class A-1-R senior secured floating-rate notes;

• $128 million of class A-2 senior secured floating-rate notes;

• $64 million of class B-R senior secured floating-rate notes;

• $29 million of class C-R secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• $10 million of class D-1 secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• $14 million of class D-2 secured deferrable floating-rate notes; and

• $19.75 million of class E secured deferrable floating-rate notes.
