Anchorage Capital CLO 2013-1 subordinated holders discuss refinancing

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 24 – Anchorage Capital CLO 2013-1, Ltd./Anchorage Capital CLO 2013-1, LLC has been notified that holders of some of its subordinated notes are discussing a potential refinancing of some classes of its secured notes, according to a notice.

The notes are governed by an indenture dated June 27, 2013. The issuer’s secured notes include its class A-1, A-2a, A-2b, B, C, D and E notes.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
