Ares XXVII CLO directed to redeem five classes of notes on May 30

Minneapolis, May 8 – Ares XXVII CLO, Ltd. received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem five classes of notes via a refinancing, according to a notice.

Ares will redeem its class A-1, B, C D and E notes on May 30.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
