Octagon Loan Funding holders discuss possible note redemptions

Minneapolis, April 25 – Octagon Loan Funding, Ltd./Octagon Loan Funding, LLC said certain holders of beneficial owners of subordinated notes are in discussions regarding a potential redemption of eight classes of notes, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

If directed, Octagon would redeem its class X, A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, C, D and E notes via a refinancing. The issue also includes combination notes and the subordinated notes.

New York City-based Octagon Credit Investors, LLC is the CLO manager.
