Adirondack Park CLO set to redeem all classes of notes on April 17

Columbus, Ohio, April 13 – Adirondack Park CLO Ltd./Adirondack Park CLO Corp. will redeem all of its notes at the option of the holders of a majority of its subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed in full on April 17 with the total redemption prices reflecting par plus accrued interest:

• $322.5 million of class A notes at a redemption price of $324,252,118.31;

• $45 million of class B notes at a redemption price of $45,340,106.63;

• $46 million of class C notes at a redemption price of $46,462,664.55;

• $25 million of class D notes at a redemption price of $25,292,073.14; and

• $25 million of class E notes at a redemption price of $25,354,573.13.

The subordinated notes will also be redeemed on April 17 at a price equal to the proceeds of the remaining distributable assets.
